FACEBOOK UPDATE: Our Facebook accounts for Network Homes and Network Homes sales have been compromised. We’re doing everything we can to liaise with Facebook and resolve this issue. Communal cleaning

The majority of buildings we manage receive a cleaning service for communal areas. Buildings which receive our cleaning service will have a cleaning schedule on the communal noticeboard showing when the cleaner last visited.

Estate Officers along with our Neighbourhood and Older Persons teams regularly inspect the standard of the cleaning.

When we receive a report from a customer or identify a missed clean ourselves, we will:

  • investigate and contact our cleaning contractor
  • where the contractor is unable to provide evidence of cleaning then the estates officer will ensure an additional “make up clean” is completed at no additional cost.
  • serve a rectification notice on the contractor
  • provide progress updates to any residents reporting a missed clean.
