Involvement, consultation and participation

Our approach to resident involvement was developed, in consultation with tenants, at the time of the Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of housing from East Hertfordshire District Council. We have undertaken a review of this area of our service and have revised and updated our Tenant Participation Strategy.

The Strategy details our aims and priorities for the coming years. It also explains the various different ways you can get involved, from completing satisfaction surveys to becoming a Tenant Representative on our Board of Management.
