Borras Construction were selected as preferred Partner following an extensive evaluation process. We are confident that the Partnership will provide long term benefits to our residents in delivering our investment programme in a cost effective and efficient manner. We are spending around £2million a year over 5 years to improve the standard and quality of residents homes.
