Riversmead Housing Association Ltd

Riversmead was established in 1995, initially to provide a comprehensive housing management service for East Herts District Council. Through successful stock transfer and continued planned growth and development we now own and/or manage over 4,300 homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.


Our objectives are to:
	Offer efficient, cost effective housing management services
	develop opportunities to improve social inclusion
	generate new affordable housing for local people

These objectives are achieved by putting the customer at the centre of everything we do, maximising the potential of our staff, working in partnership with others to facilitate and support sustainable communities and demonstrating Best Value across all our activities.

We have built a reputation for meeting performance targets and also for the quality of the services we provide.
