Mitali Housing Association Ltd

Mitali is a community based housing association providing homes, services and support to local, mainly Sylheti speaking, households in east London.

Mitali is based in Stepney and has developed over 80 new homes for the local Bangladeshi community during the past decade. We plan to increase our development programme in the future and provide more recreational facilities for the elderly and young people in the area.

Mitali has consistently demonstrated its ability to respond to new challenges and has gained strength through membership of the Group

We aim to:

	deliver good affordable homes for part sale or rent to meet local needs
	offer outstanding services which rank with the top 25% of housing associations
	regenerate, support and engage local communities
	develop partnerships that improve access, services and amenities in the neighbourhood
	provide a range of cultural and educational programmes to empower the Bangladeshi community.
