We have been committed to reducing fuel bills for many years and were fitting condensing boilers before they became compulsory in 2004.  To date Riversmead have fitted around 1000 condensing boilers, 10,000 TRV,s and 2,000 programmers and room stats.  The result of this is that we have reduced fuel bills by 25% to around 50% of our homes, saving £150 - £250 per household and reducing CO2 by up to 1 tone per year per household. 

Due to the rising fuel costs and improvements in boiler specification, we are looking at fitting condensing combination boilers where possible as these show savings in running costs by as much as 30% and reductions in CO2 of 1 tonne per property.
