Working together to improve your neighbourhood

We have set up a programme of inspections to improve the appearance of your local area. 

A team of our Neighbourhood Officers and maintenance staff visit each neighbourhood to speak to residents. We then walk around the area to check things like stairways, lighting, car parking, bin stores and grounds maintenance.

From late April 2013, we will be sending out a neighbourhood questionnaire to all residents prior to an inspection taking place to identify the issues in your area which really matter to you. Your feedback will all our Neighbourhood Team and Surveyors to concentrate on these issues during the inspection.
