  Meeting your standards

We have consulted with residents and developed localised standards, called local offers, which reflect your priorities for your home, your neighbourhood and community and your involvement to shape the services we provide.

Local offers form part of the six national housing standards, which all housing associations are annually measured against.

Monitoring our performance

We have agreed performance measures with the Tenants' Federation, which we will use to monitor our performance against your local offers.

We will regularly report on how we are performing against the targets via our newsletter and website.

We will also benchmark our performance against other housing providers and make improvements to ensure we meet your local offers.
