Where residents want to set up a Tenants' and Residents' Association in their area, we will offer advice and assistance, along with organisational support in the early stages. 

We will help new associations meet the requirements for recognition by Riversmead, so that they can access available funding.

Where there are active tenant groups locally (or resident groups with a significant ‘tenant’ interest), we will ensure attendance by a member of the Neighbourhood Services team.
