Riversmead, a member of Network Housing Group, was established in 1995 to manage homes for East Herts Council and in March 2002 we took ownership of 3,237 homes and 1,600 garages.  We are a registered social landlord with charitable status.

In April 2010 we took over the management and ownership of over 600 homes from Group member Stadium Housing Association.
We now own and manage over 4,300 homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and through continual planned growth and development this will increase by 500 homes over the next 5 years.
