We believe you, and all our tenants and leaseholders, have a right to participate in activities that will influence the delivery of the housing services you receive.
Your level of involvement is completely up to you. Most people are happy to just receive information from us but some people decide to get involved in actually making decisions that affect their homes and community.
We have worked with tenants, leaseholders and staff to develop a new resident engagement menu. The menu enables you to choose the level and method of involvement you are comfortable with. You decide what’s best for you.
We value your participation and will always seek to ensure you have a voice to:
- challenge our performance and scrutinise our services
- make recommendations for improvement
- hold us and our Board to account.
