Click here to pay your rent online on the Alliance and Leicester BillPay website.

You will need to register before you can make payments on the BillPay website. This user guide shows you how to register and make a payment. | |

| By telephone | |
| You can pay over the phone with your debit or credit card (see above for those accepted) by calling Customer Services on 01992 514 514. You will need your 19 digit reference number, which can be found on your rent payment swipe card. | |
| Post Office or any outlet displaying the ‘Payzone’ logo | |
| You can pay your rent using your rent payment swipe card. The card will be swiped through a machine and the payment taken. A receipt will be given to you showing the amount you have paid and this should be used as a record of payment and checked against your statement. |  |
| By Direct Debit or Standing Order | |

If you have a bank account you can arrange to pay your rent by Direct Debit or bankers Standing Order. Direct debits can be paid on either the 1st or 15th of the month. Please contact our Rent Accounting team for more details.
